Yes, most of our therapists are in networks with Cigna and Carefirst/BCBS. Additionally, some therapists are in network with UHC. The owner is also a Certified Out of Network Provider with Tricare. Please note that not all services are covered by insurance.

Mental Health Therapy
Initial intake: $125
45+ sessions: $110
Family therapy sessions: $125
Child Life Services
Child Life Services are not able to be billed to insurance. All Child Life Services are out of pocket fees. Child Life Services can be done in home, office, or in the community.
Initial intake and 60 min sessions - $100
Individual Sessions 45 min - $80
Accompanied visits to doctors/hospital/or other medical procedure: $125 per hour
ADHD/Autism Assessments
Because of my licensure type (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), insurance does not reimburse for all assessment procedure codes. Depending on your insurance, I may be able to bill our initial assessment and follow up discussion sessions through your insurance. (If you choose to use insurance, the assessment process may take longer as we will be splitting the assessment process into more sessions.) All other subsequent meetings, including testing and written reports will be an out of pocket fee.
Diagnostic Autism OR ADHD evaluation.
For BCBS/Carefirst, Cigna, and UHC clients the fee is as follows:
$500 (separated into 2 payments)
Private Pay Clients
$1,000 (separated into 2 payments)
Combined Diagnostic Evaluation Autism & ADHD:
For BCBS/Carefirst, Cigna, and UHC clients:
$750 (separated into 2 payments)
Private Pay Clients
$1,250 (separated into 2 payments)

Yes we offer in person sessions and virtual.

The first appointment is an initial intake session conducted without the child, where we discuss background, development, and your main concerns.
