Maybe it’s the constant overwhelm, the sensory meltdowns, the school struggles, or the feeling that no one really gets them. They might seem like they're managing on the surface, but deep down, you know they’re exhausted from trying to keep up—and you’re tired of watching them feel like they’re too much or not enough.

I help neurodivergent kids and teens—whether they’re autistic, have ADHD, sensory challenges, or learning differences—feel truly seen and supported. Through strengths-based, neuro-affirming therapy, I help them build confidence, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self, so they can thrive as exactly who they are.
